Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

ZELURI is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and products where possible.

We may request additional information in order to investigate and resolve the issue.
