RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made from ZELURI.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it;
  • in its original packaging where reasonably possible; and
  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval and return instructions may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Where a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, including:

  • personalised or custom-made products;
  • perishable goods;
  • sealed hygiene or personal care items once opened;
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
  • gift cards.

Sale items may only be returned where required by applicable consumer law.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or variant, please request a return for the original item and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at customer@zeluri.com.


Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
